I’m Sara Sezun, your plant-based guide. I’ve been eating a whole-foods plant-based diet for 30 years. Growing up in the 70s, I heard about vegetarians and wanted to become one, because I hated meat. As a teenager, like many girls, I was very self-conscious about my weight. I thought that vegetarian food would be less fattening, and sure enough, it is. I became a vegetarian in college, and evolved into a vegan in my 20s. I felt much better, and even lost weight without dieting at all. I’ve been healthy ever since and have never looked back.
I enjoy sharing my passion for healthy plant-based food with others. Given the plethora of information that exists, it can be confusing to decide what will work for you. I’m here to help! Whether you want to just add some healthy food to your life or go totally vegan, I can guide you on your journey.
